Cato gift cards may be redeemed at any of our Cato retail stores. Cato gift cards may also be redeemed at any It’s Fashion or It’s Fashion Metro retail stores. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may not be applied as payment on any account. Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged gift cards will not be canceled or replaced without the required proof of purchase. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards; however, items paid for with a gift card will be charged applicable sales tax. Cato gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

What are the shipping options for Cato gift cards?
The shipping rate is $1.99 for USPS Standard Delivery (allow 4-9 business days).
Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be delivered by USPS within 4 to 9 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Add one business day for orders placed after 2 p.m. EST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Standard Delivery orders are mailed USPS and can not be tracked. All orders are subject to a verification process and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institution may cause delay.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it. WITH AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT: We will honor a refund in the original form of payment within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, a refund will be issued at the current selling price. WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT: We will issue an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: Present the original sales receipt and merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date to receive a one-time price adjustment on regular priced items.
