To Our Cato Customers,
Our primary concern is the health and safety of our customers and associates. With that in mind, we have decided to temporarily close all our Cato stores from March 19 to April 1. We plan to reopen on April 2.
Our associates are at the heart of our business and they will be paid for their scheduled shifts during this period. If you have a ship to store or layaway order, they may be picked up in stores at a later date when our stores reopen.
While we’ll miss seeing you in stores, we will continue to be open at catofashions.com as well as our social channels @catofashions.
We hope to stay connected and be a source of some happiness during this time. We’ll be sure to keep you informed as things evolve and appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate through these unprecedented times. Thank you for being a Cato customer. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For purchases made in February and March 2020, we will extend our return period to 60 days from the date we reopen.
Ship to Store Orders
Orders cannot be picked up in stores during store closures. All orders shipped to stores will be held and available in stores up to 30 days after we reopen our stores.
We will work with you on your in-store layaway purchase. The pick-up date for all layaway purchases will be extended.
